I absolutely love love the new update! The new fits and hats are so cute!!!
This game is super awesome! Only thing I've noticed, Google Chrome, and other browsers that co-use Google Chrome like Opera GX have only about 10-15 frames per second while playing, which makes it hard on the eyes and unplayable. Not sure what the problem would be, just wanted to notify you! Not sure if this is just a me problem, but I hope whatever it is gets fixed naturally or if you can fix it as well. Super cool game nonetheless!
Oh, 10-15 fps is super low. I also noticed the increased lag on mobile and not happy about it but I tried to optimize it as much as I could before the update release. I'm going to try other methods still to bring it back to normal levels. Is it only a problem on chrome-based browsers and mobile? Have you tried it on others? And can you tell your device type please? Some users have this problem but others not, so I'm trying to collect data on this.
For me, in Android is almost the same. When start to speed up, start to lag and is uncomfortable to see, but still playable (maybe is because for be hard...but lags the most of the time)
Hello! Yes, the problem is only on Chrome and Chrome based browsers. I can play it on Microsoft Edge and my IOS device just fine with great framerate. I play on a desktop and my mobile device. For my computers components I have an Intel Core 5 and 16 GB of RAM if that helps at all. It seems to only be a problem with Android and Google Chrome based browsers. Hope this helps!

The way I play this game is so relaxing and playing this game is really fun and cool I always come back in this link to play it it's good that newjeans had to make this for bunnies and I love the designs of this game it's so cool and the costume outfit is so cute the omg one costume is my favorite i'd like this game to be my first favorite game in my computer

I really love this game, but there is a problem, I don't know if it's the update that made this happen, but the game doesn't seem to be as smooth as before, some movements get stuck, and sometimes obstacles appear out of nowhere, making me lose the game. I actually loved the update of being able to save your progress, it was something we all needed
Ty for the feedback! The performance is something I'll try to improve. With every new stuff added, the game is getting heavier. You could try how it plays in other browsers, Chrome for example can be slower than the rest.
Regarding the obstacle appearing problem, it's the first time I hear about it, can you try to observe when it happens, if it's conneted to something? Maybe it starts to happen later in a game when you've been playing for a while?
The movement issue, I had already imagined that it could be that, but it's not something that stops me from playing either. And obstacles always appear when my score gets higher, I hadn't noticed, but it also starts to slow down a little, but nothing too serious

Hii! i was wondering if you would like to make a new game just like the Newjeans Supergirls one but with other kpop groups example : Seventeen, Twice, Itzy, Nmixx, Ive, Lesserafim, Aespa? Not forcing ofc. remember this is just a request you dont have to <3 !!
I may make more games in the future, but it'll be different for other groups, because this one is based on NewJeans' concept. If another group releases an interesting game concept, I'm not against the idea to recreate that too.

There is no more sound in the game like no music or sound effects even if my sound is all the way up
Hmm I'm not sure what the problem can be. Try if other things have sound on other web pages, turn up ingame sound settings, check if maybe you have application based volume controls. You could also try the black screen fix version of the game to see if it works there.
After the update came all my stuff i bought got deleted and even my high score became 0 and my bunnies please help me
Can you tell me when was the last time you played before? And did anyone else experience this in the last few days?
The updates shouldn't reset the scores by themselves, at least I try my best to make it so, but there've been instances when the save files got lost unexpectedly. I'm so sorry to hear it keeps happening apparently... In the next update (which'll come out very soon) I developed a cloud save feature to save the progress more securely and hopefully it'll solve this problem at last and you'll always have a backup.

Hello!! The game is grate i love it so much. I have an idea to add something. When you finish the character set for example you get all eta characters you unlock the eta background and you can play with eta character and eta background. you will also need the eta sound maybe. Can you also add ditto outfits and maybe the background too?
Hi! We keep adding content to the game with updates, including new outfits. (next update is planned for january). Making new backgrounds requires significantly more work to draw all the parts, but it's possible that it'll happen - and I like the idea too.

the random favorites option for the songs isn’t working for me since the update. Newjeans (the song) is not even favorited rn and it will only play that one song when using the favorites option. Btw I absolutely love this game!
I was made aware of this issue, and fixed it a few days ago. Is it still not working correctly for you? Just tested it here and everything seems fine.
Oh ok. maybe it will work if I reload it. I will probably lose all of my progress again because it doesn't save right on my iPad but thats fine.

I had Minji and hanni in omg and I also had the song, now they are gone :(
Yeah, sadly they changed something with website configuration a while back, and it lost access to the old savefiles. Sorry for this :( I hope they won't do it again. I'm currently looking for possible ways to secure the savefiles more.

I've finally solved the black screen issue that many people reported in the last months. The fixed version has some graphical compromises, so I've secluded it to a new page.
